Terms

A completed Booking Form is required before any work is undertaken. Fees are based on an hourly rate reflecting the complexity of the task. You pay only for the time taken and services provided. Time spent completing tasks on behalf of the client is accurately tracked. The cumulative time spent will be rounded up and charged to the nearest full 15 minute block. When appropriate, a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost will be required before work commences. Additional costs will be incurred for hard copy, postage and telephone calls. An invoice will be issued on completion of task. Terms are strictly 7 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise negotiated. Payment to be made by cheque or bacs. Any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques shall be the responsibility of the client.
